Excellent mechanical strength:Solid conductors have good mechanical strength, strong tensile and compressive properties, and are not easily broken due to pulling during decoration and pipe installation.
Excellent conductivity performance:ZC-BV uses copper as the conductor. Copper has low resistivity and high conductivity, which can significantly reduce electrical energy loss (generate less heat) compared to aluminum wire, and operate more stably and efficiently.
Simple and stable structure:BV wire is usually a single solid copper wire. This structure makes it more secure when threading pipes and connecting joints, and less prone to poor contact.
Strong antioxidant properties:Compared to multi stranded wire (BVR), a single solid conductor has a relatively smaller surface area exposed to air, and the middle part is less prone to oxidation, resulting in a longer service life.
Extremely high cost-effectiveness:Although slightly more expensive than regular BV wires, ZC-BV has more reasonable cost control compared to higher-level Class A flame retardant (ZA) or low smoke halogen-free wires, while meeting most indoor decoration fire prevention regulations
Flame retardant effect:The flame temperature during testing is approximately 800 ℃ -1000 ℃.
The testing requirement is to ignite in a flame at 815 ℃± 10 ℃ for 20 minutes (bundle combustion test). After eliminating the fire source, the wires must self extinguish within the specified time, and the spread of combustion cannot exceed the specified length.
Even if the environmental fire reaches 800 ℃ or above, the ZC-BV wire may be burnt, but it can ensure that it does not become a fire starter to promote the spread of the fire.
What is ZC-BV wire?
BV wire is a PVC insulated single core hard copper wire, which is the most commonly used basic wire in home decoration and
engineering. It has the characteristics of economic efficiency, easy installation, and high reliability, and is widely used in
fixed electrical installations such as buildings and power systems.
The "ZC" in the model represents the national standard flame retardant Class C. This type of wire has flame retardant added to the insulation layer, making it difficult to ignite when exposed to an open flame; Even if ignited, it can quickly extinguish itself after leaving the fire source, effectively preventing the fire from spreading along the route.
