Excellent flexibility:Due to the fact that conductors are made up of multiple strands of thin copper wire twisted together, they are easier to bend than hard wires (BV). In conduit or distribution boxes with many corners and limited space, the construction efficiency is extremely high, and it is not easy to damage the insulation layer due to forced bending.
Excellent flame retardant performance:With the prefix "ZC", it complies with the national Class C flame retardant standard. In the event of a fire, it can effectively suppress the spread of flames along electrical wires and quickly extinguish itself after evacuating the source of the fire.
Anti vibration and anti fatigue:The multi strand structure gives it stronger toughness and the ability to withstand mechanical vibrations. ZC-BVR is less prone to metal fatigue fracture and has higher reliability at some device connections with slight vibrations or power distribution parts that need to be moved.
More uniform current carrying capacity:Under the same cross-sectional area, the sum of the surface areas of multiple strands of filaments is greater than that of a single strand of hard core. Although the DC resistance is consistent, the multi strand structure has better physical adaptability when dealing with heat dissipation and complex current environments.
